  3. Review your order for accuracy (this is where you can change the funding source you use for Paypal) and add the order details:

    IMPORTANT: Under Item, click the + next to "Back Order Details (Qty/Desc)" and type in the Mo/Yr/Qty of each back issue you wish to order. The total quantity of your order should match the total quantity you typed into the details.
