Though Jake Clark’s Mule Days had to cancel the events held at their ranch in Ralston, Wyo., due to COVID-19 regulations, they are still having their annual Saddle Mule Auction online. Starting, Monday, June 15 at 1 p.m. (MST), bidders can go to saddlemule.hibid.com to see the consigned mules and place bids. You can also view the catalog on their website.

Usually this week, Mules and More begins posting photos from the event held each Father’s Day weekend where buyers can spend days observing and interacting with the consignors and their mules. Though mules won’t be available to seen at the Clark’s ranch this year, you can view many videos of the consignment mules on their 2020 playlist on YouTube.

The Clark’s explained the closing day auction process: “Countdown to the last 2 minutes starts with Hip #1 at exactly 1 p.m. (MST) June 21. If anyone bids in the last 60 seconds, the clock will reset to 60 seconds and countdown will proceeds until no bids are made, and Hip #1 will either be marked “Sold” or" “Reserve Not Met” and not be sold. Then it will be Hip #2's turn for his 2 minute countdown.”
